Passage of a comprehensive energy bill that would roll back environmental changes made by the Biden administration could create a revenue windfall for Louisiana, reports The Daily Comet.
However, the bipartisan bill, introduced in the House as H.R. 1 by House Majority Leader Steve Scalise R-La, must still pass a Senate controlled by Democrats and if it does will likely be vetoed by the President.
