Sempra Infrastructure has entered into an agreement with Williams for the offtake of LNG and development of associated natural gas pipeline projects, reports LNG Industry News.
The agreement includes the finalization of two 20-year long-term sale and purchase agreements for approximately 3 million tons per year of LNG from the Port Arthur LNG project under development in Jefferson County, Texas, and the Cameron LNG Phase 2 project under development in Hackberry, La.
They’re also contemplating the negotiation of a separate natural gas sales agreement for natural gas delivery to Gillis, La., as feed gas supply. Read the entire story.
