The Shaw Group recently announced that Dan Simpson has been named its new chief executive officer. Mike Childers, former president & CEO, has been appointed as vice chairman and major accounts development.
Simpson brings 30-plus years of global manufacturing, EPC, power and module industrial experience to his new role. Prior to joining The Shaw Group, he served as global vice president of turbo-machinery for Siemens Energy, executive vice president of global operations and global solutions at Dresser-Rand and director of operations and service for Asia Pacific for Honeywell Process Solutions.
