Dr. Mehdi Zeidouni, an LSU petroleum engineering professor, will provide an update on his carbon storage research during a Zoom webinar scheduled for Feb. 11 at 10 a.m. The webinar is hosted by the LSU Institute for Energy Innovation.
Dr. Zeidouni will discuss his research into analytical approaches to estimating CO₂ dissolution trapping, highlighting key comparisons with numerical simulations and potential inaccuracies caused by large model discretizations.
