Louisiana Mid-Continent Oil and Gas Association President Tommy Faucheux presented the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce with early findings of an economic report on the state of the Louisiana oil and gas sector last week. He said the report should be completed by mid-April, reports Houma Today.
“When you look at where we are in the current environment, both in Washington and Baton Rouge, what I am looking at in the Bayou ‘super’ Region is… a more predictable leasing schedule for the Gulf,” Faucheux said. He said that’s good news for Terrebonne and Lafourche parishes. Read more.
