Element 25 Ltd. has achieved all of the state’s Industrial Tax Exempt Program (ITEP) requirements to support a lithium-ion battery grade high purity manganese sulphate facility in Ascension Parish, reports Green Car Congress.
It represents a significant milestone for the project and concludes several months of active stakeholder engagement with multiple levels of state and local government and local community members to explain the benefits that will flow from the proposed Facility.
